This whole outfits (besides the shoes and hair) can be found at the Manga fair starting July 1st.
All of the flowers are included PLUS there will be crown flower gatcha to play! So many colors to choose from. 
The Manga fair will be open till the 30th so make sure you come and get your own. It's worth it.
